We’re looking for high-impact speakers to lead one of two session types: 我们正在寻找具有影响力的演讲者来主持以下两种会议形式之一：

Breakout Sessions: A 30-minute talk (up to 4 speakers, including a moderator) with a 20-minute audience Q&A. Capacity: 100 attendees. 分组会议（Breakout Sessions）：30 分钟的演讲（最多 4 位演讲者，含主持人），外加 20 分钟的观众问答环节。容纳人数：100 人。

Roundtables: A 30-minute speaker-led group discussion, designed for up to 40 participants. No slides or AV — just insight and conversation. 圆桌会议（Roundtables）：由演讲者引导的 30 分钟小组讨论，专为最多 40 名参与者设计。无需幻灯片或视听设备，仅专注于深度见解与交流。
