Transaction Details

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2027, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including the receipt of required regulatory clearances. Based on the expected timing of closing of the transaction, there is no anticipated change to Salesforce’s fiscal year 2027 financial guidance, previously announced on May 27, 2026.
