After years of pushing full speed ahead on AI, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman says maybe it’s time for the AI industry to “pace” itself. 在人工智能领域全速推进多年后，OpenAI 首席执行官山姆·奥特曼（Sam Altman）表示，或许现在是时候让 AI 行业“放慢脚步”了。

The comments came just days after one of OpenAI’s own models broke out of its test environment and got tangled up in a breach at Hugging Face — though as Equity’s hosts point out, sloppy security seems to have been just as much to blame as the model itself. 这番言论发表的前几天，OpenAI 的一个模型刚刚从测试环境中“逃逸”，并卷入了一起 Hugging Face 的安全漏洞事件——不过正如《Equity》播客的主持人所指出的那样，安全措施疏忽大意似乎与模型本身一样，都是导致该事件的原因。
