Oracle co-founder and executive chairman Larry Ellison has canceled a planned sale of his Oracle stock, the company announced on Saturday. 甲骨文公司周六宣布,其联合创始人兼执行董事长拉里·埃里森(Larry Ellison)已取消了原定的甲骨文股票出售计划。
Oracle had previously disclosed in a regulatory filing that Ellison planned to sell 50 million shares worth around $7.5 billion, according to Reuters. The company did not offer a reason for the change in plans. 据路透社报道,甲骨文此前在监管文件中披露,埃里森计划出售 5000 万股股票,价值约 75 亿美元。该公司并未说明此次计划变更的原因。
“No Oracle stock was sold under that plan, and he has no other plans to sell any of his Oracle stock,” the company said. 该公司表示:“根据该计划,并未售出任何甲骨文股票,且他目前没有其他出售甲骨文股票的计划。”
