AI didn’t replace my design process. It changed how fast I could execute it. I’ve been experimenting with AI tools in my UI/UX workflow, and one thing has become clear: AI is great at generating ideas. AI 没有取代我的设计流程，它改变的是我的执行速度。我一直在 UI/UX 工作流中尝试各种 AI 工具，有一点变得非常明确：AI 非常擅长生成创意。

But knowing what to build, what to remove, and why a user should care is still the designer’s job. My workflow has started looking something like: PRD → User flows → Wireframes → AI-assisted exploration → UI design → Prototype → Testing. 但决定构建什么、删减什么，以及用户为何要在意这些，依然是设计师的工作。我的工作流现在看起来大致是这样的：产品需求文档 (PRD) → 用户流程 → 线框图 → AI 辅助探索 → UI 设计 → 原型制作 → 测试。
