Mattel chairman and CEO Ynon Kreiz is joining Paramount to help David Ellison run the company. 美泰（Mattel）董事长兼首席执行官伊农·克雷兹（Ynon Kreiz）将加入派拉蒙，协助大卫·埃里森（David Ellison）共同管理公司。

Paramount is appointing a new co-CEO ahead of the close of its $110 billion merger with Warner Bros. Discovery. Ynon Kreiz, previously Mattel’s chairman and CEO, will be joining Paramount to lead alongside chairman and CEO David Ellison. 在与华纳兄弟探索公司（Warner Bros. According to Paramount, “Ellison will focus on the company’s long-term strategy, creative vision and direction, including its talent relationships, strategic partnerships, technology and capital allocation. Kreiz will focus on the company’s day-to-day management and integration of the combined businesses.” The combined Paramount and Warner Bros. Kreiz joined Mattel in 2018. While he was leading the company, it launched the hit Barbie film in partnership with Warner Bros. Pictures. His first day at Paramount is October 5th. 克雷兹于 2018 年加入美泰。在他领导公司期间，美泰与华纳兄弟影业合作推出了热门电影《芭比》。他将于 10 月 5 日正式入职派拉蒙。
