The rapid pace of innovation requires us to continue to evolve our partnership to benefit our customers and both companies. The greater predictability in the amended agreement strengthens our joint ability to build and operate AI platforms at scale while providing both companies the flexibility to pursue new opportunities. The agreement spells out: 修订协议中更高的可预测性增强了我们共同构建和运营大规模人工智能平台的能力，同时也为双方公司追求新机遇提供了灵活性。协议明确规定：
Microsoft remains OpenAI’s primary cloud partner, and OpenAI products will ship first on Azure, unless Microsoft cannot and chooses not to support the necessary capabilities. Revenue share payments from OpenAI to Microsoft continue through 2030, independent of OpenAI’s technology progress, at the same percentage but subject to a total cap.
